Express Delivery of Cargo and Post 

Every day, Autolux provides the quick delivery of cargo all across Ukraine with its fleet of Mitsubishi Canter vehicles. Clients have the convenience of visiting our offices at any time to send or receive their parcels.  Today, there are 125 offices in 90 cities across Ukraine.  In larger cities, there are more offices for the clients' convenience.  To send and receive a parcel a client may go to any of the Autolux offices. General rules of cargo delivery:

  • A sender comes to an Autolux office and fills out the declaration form for their parcel. 
  • The employee calculates the cost of sending the parcel. If the client agrees with the price, the parcel is accepted. Either the sender or receiver may pay for the service. In addition, our clients have the option of paying for services by invoice.
  • After the baggage is accepted, the sender should inform the receiver of the following information: number on the declaration, the route and date the parcel was sent, terms of delivery (this information is given to the sender on the day of the drop off).
  • Autolux delivers the parcel to its final destination.
  • The receiving party comes to the Autolux office in their city.
    ATTENTION: THE RECEIVER SHOULD HAVE THEIR PASSPORT. If the cargo is addressed to a company, the receiver should have a power of attorney from the company stamped.  THE RECEIVER SHOULD KNOW THE NUMBER ON THE DECLARATION. There is no delivery of the cargo without documents!

    The cargo sent to one of the Autolux offices is stored there for 2 weeks. After this term is expired the cargo is sent to the archive at the address: 30 Chistyakovskaya Str. , 03062 Kiev. The cargo storage term in the company’s archive is 180 days.

    The day the cargo is delivered, the day after it and also on Sundays the cargo is stored free of charge. 50% of the baggage transportation cost is paid for every next day of storage.

    In case the cash on delivery baggage was not received in the place of destination, the cargo is stored at the transport operator over a 3 days period; the cash on delivery sum is also stored over a 3 days period.

    Autolux offers "door to door" service, from the door of the sender to the door of the receiver.  Prices and information are available at Autolux offices.
