The Bonus Program offered by Autolux

Autolux invites all clients and partners to become participants in its new bonus program which went into effect on 01.01.2010.  

The Bonus Program is valid throughout all of Autolux offices in Ukraine. The corporate cards (few bonus cards united by one account) are available for corporate clients. 

What are the conditions for participation in the Autolux Bonus Program?

All interested clients may take part in this program.

To join the new Bonus Program and receive the Autolux accumulation card, you must present 10 paid declarations in excess of 200 UAH in any Autolux office. Passengers who bought tickets for passenger routes with Autolux in excess 500 UAH or have 5 tickets for any routes, may also become participants of the Bonus Program. The cumulation bonus cards may also be given to clients in Autolux offices at the discretion of a company representative.

What are the advantages of the Autolux cumulation bonus card owner? 

Having become a participant of the program, you get an opportunity to:

• Accumulate the bonuses from every service paid for within Autolux in the amount of baggage and passenger transportation costs.
• Exchange the accumulated bonuses points for service discounts and also to receive valuable prizes and gifts offered from time to time.  
• Pay for Autolux services using the cumulation bonus card.
• Participate in the Bonus Program of our partners after having been notified.

How to receive the Autolux cumulation bonus card?

• If all the conditionsare met, any interested persons may fill in the participant application form in any of the Autolux offices. Then, the completed form should be given to a company staff employee.  Their passport is also required for completion of the application process. If the the applicant checks the box to receive information regularly from Autolux, 20 bonus points will be added to the card immediately.  In order to receive the card when it has arrived, private individuals must present their passport.  Corporate representatives must have a power of attorney and their passport.
• The cumulation card for the Bonus Program is registered in 2 working days. 
• Validity period of the Autolux cumulative bonus card is 2 years from the date of its registration. 

How to use the cumulative bonus card?

• In order to take part in the Bonus Program, the bonus card must be presented to the Autolux employee before beginning any transactions. 
• Bonuses may be used to pay only for Autolux services, such as sending caro, storage, changing of the address (any change brought into the declaration after its registration), ticket purchases (only at Autolux offices) and their reservation.
• In order to use the cumulated bonus points or to pay for Autolux services with the cumulated points, one should present the bonus card and the passport of its owner.  Corporate clients must present a power of attorney from the company as well as their passport.
• Both senders and receivers of baggage and cargo may use the cumulative bonus card.
• When sending cargo with cash on delivery payment, the sender will receive 5 bonus points on their bonus card.  
• Bonus points cumulated on the card will be officially registered the following day.
• In the case of the cumulation bonus card being lost, the owner must contact the Autolux main office (30 Chistyakovskaya Str., Kiev, tel. 044 536 00 55) and indicate the number of the lost bonus card and passport number of its owner.  This is necessary in order to block the card and transfer the cumulated bonuses to a new bonus card.
• Cumulated bonuses may not be cashed in and they may only be used to pay for the Autolux company services and to participate in the bonus programs of our partners, which you will be informed about in advance.  

By filling in the client questionaire, which Autolux uses to improve the quality of its work, one might receive a gift of 50 bonus points on their bonus card.
